A Rádio Gazeta Fm conversou com Lekel Anderson – Diretor geral de Saúde de Orlândia sobre o fechamento da Unidade Básica de Saúde do bairro Jardim Nova Orlândia (UBS 4).
Em entrevista, Lekel justificou que o fechamento da UBS de
dá por alguns fatores:
– O prédio que hoje é ocupado pela UBS 4 será adaptada para
receber as novas instalações do SAMU. Segundo Lekel, o prédio é ideal para
acomodar as instalações de Base do SAMU em Orlândia, demanda pouco investimento
em reformas e atende as exigências do SAMU.
-A quantidade de munícipes que utilizam a UBS 4 é pequena, sendo
possível a realização desses atendimentos através do Hospital Santo Antônio,
oque geraria uma economia de aproximadamente R$ 30.000,00 /mês, somente com custos
de mão de obras e sem contabilizar outros valores que são gastos no local ,
como água, energia elétrica, manutenção predial entre outros.
De acordo com Lekel, o município já recebeu a ambulância devidamente
equipada e que será utilizada pelos funcionários da Prefeitura Municipal que
irão compor a equipe do SAMU – Orlândia, e de acordo com as previsões do
Diretor geral de Saúde, os atendimentos já deve se iniciar no mês de Dezembro

Prefeito Vado, que destacou positivamente a conquista do SAMU para Orlândia:
“O SAMU é mais uma unidade que poderá atender emergência, além do Corpo de Bombeiros. A cidade está crescendo e o numero de emergências aumentam e nós vamos ter duas unidades para atendimento”, disse.
Vado comentou ainda sobre a mudança de endereço do CAPS – Centro de Atendimento Psicossocial que hoje atende em um prédio na Avenida Sete e
mudará suas instalações para um prédio
da Rua três (antigas instalações do Salão Josefina Scarparo).
Vado informou que o prédio da Avenida Sete era alugado e gerava um custo mensal de R$ 5.000,00. A mudança de endereço também irá gerar essa economia para o Municipio.

Sobre o SAMU
O SAMU é o Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência, que atende os casos de urgência e emergência, financiado pelo Governo Federal, Estadual e Municipais, com a finalidade de melhorar o atendimento a população. Foi criado em 2003 e faz parte do Política Nacional de Urgências e Emergências.
O serviço SAMU 192 presta socorro a população nas residências, locais de trabalho e vias públicas. A equipe é composta por condutores de ambulância, técnicos em enfermagem, enfermeiros e médicos, todos capacitados em atendimento de urgência de natureza traumática, clínica, pediátrica, obstétricas e psiquiátricas.
É responsável pela regulação de todos os atendimentos de urgência via telefone, pelos atendimentos móveis que dispensam as viaturas e pelas transferências de pacientes aos hospitais.
