Pai e madrasta são presos suspeitos de torturar menino de 5 anos em Cuiabá
Um casal foi preso em flagrante nessa segunda-feira (15) suspeitos de torturar um menino de 5 anos em Cuiabá.
De acordo com a
Delegacia Especializada de Defesa dos Diretos da Criança e do Adolescente
(Deddica), eles são pai e madrasta do menino.
A prisão ocorreu após
denúncia ao Conselho Tutelar relatando que a criança era torturada pelo casal.
Uma testemunha relatou ao Conselho Tutelar que o menino reclamava de dores e estava com marcas de queimadura de cigarro pelo corpo, machucados nos joelhos, além de estar com o órgão genital em ‘carne viva’.
A polícia descobriu que a criança é torturada desde o mês de janeiro, quando passou a ficar sob os cuidados do pai e da madrasta. As agressões eram frequentes, sendo que o pai batia no filho com socos e madrasta usava um pedaço de madeira, além da fivela de cinto para agredir a criança.

Entre as agressões, os suspeitos colocavam um elástico no pênis da vítima, como punição pelo fato da criança fazer as necessidades fisiológicas na calça. O casal também colocava o menino por horas de castigo de joelhos sobre caroços de arroz e sobre concreto quente

Com base nos relatos, os policiais da
Deddica foram até a residência dos suspeitos, no bairro Pedra 90, onde foi
constatada a veracidade da denúncia.
O menino foi encontrado com vários ferimentos por todo corpo, não conseguindo
nem ficar em pé.
A criança passava fome, estava muito
fraca e foi encaminhada para uma Unidade de Pronta Atendimento (UPA), onde
ficou sob observação.
A madrasta da criança foi presa em casa e o pai foi preso no trabalho, na Avenida Beira Rio, em Cuiabá. O casal foi conduzido para a Deddica e interrogado pelo delegado Francisco Kunze Junior. Eles confessaram as agressões e os castigos contra a criança, sendo autuados em flagrante pelo crime de tortura
