A partir do segundo semestre deste ano todos os brasileiros poderão emitir o novo formato de identificação oficial e digital. O objetivo é integrar vários registros como o CPF e o título de eleitor em um único documento. A data específica ainda não foi divulgada, mas a expectativa é que seja algum dia de julho.
O DNI (Documento Nacional de Identidade), como foi chamado, fez parte de um projeto-piloto que começou a funcionar no início do ano passado. O novo registro vai aproveitar o banco de dados dos eleitores já cadastrados no país – cerca de 90 milhões.
No entanto, não será restrito a eles. No futuro, ela substituirá a apresentação de outros papéis de identificação, como CPF, título de eleitor, certidão de nascimento e de casamento. Por isso, não será mais preciso levar vários documentos ao mesmo tempo.
Como vai funcionar?
O novo documento vai funcionar na forma de um aplicativo que deve ser instalado no celular ou tablet (Android e iOS) neste primeiro momento. Ele só poderá ser baixado uma única vez e instalado em um único dispositivo.
A confirmação de que determinada pessoa é ela mesma será feita com ajuda de autenticação biométrica. Quem já cadastrou a sua digital na Justiça Eleitoral não vai precisar fazer o procedimento novamente. O programa ICN (Identificação Civil Nacional), supervisionado pelo TSE (Tribunal Superior Eleitoral), é que vai encabeçar a coleta de impressões digitais dos cidadãos que ainda não possuem o registro salvo.
Quando o documento começar a valer oficialmente, será preciso baixar o aplicativo (só poderá quem já tiver a biométrica cadastrada), fazer um pré-cadastro e validar os dados junto a um ponto de atendimento da Justiça Eleitoral.
Depois do procedimento feito, cada brasileiro terá um número de nove dígitos como DNI. Os documentos oficiais passarão a exibir a numeração O TSE afirma que os dados exibidos no aplicativo são criptografados.
“O aplicativo apresentará ainda um QR Code, que será criado de forma dinâmica a cada novo acesso, mantendo os dados de validação vinculados à data e à hora de sua geração. Além disso, o DNI mostrará no canto superior direito, como marca d’água, um código de verificação contendo 20 caracteres, precedido da data e da hora em que foi gerado”, afirmou o órgão em nota.
Implantação adiada O prazo para que os órgãos de identificação adotem os padrões do novo documento foi adiado para 1º de março de 2020. A implantação do DNI ocorreria em 1º de março deste ano.
