Entrevias inicia “Operação Corta Fogo “ no combate a incêndios às margens das Rodovias

A Entrevias Concessionária de Rodovias dá início à Operação Corta Fogo com a intensificação do monitoramento de pontos de maior incidência de queimadas às margens das rodovias sob a sua concessão.

Em todo o eixo viário gerenciado pela Entrevias foram registrados 140 focos de incêndio de janeiro a maio de 2019.

Desse total, 86 ocorrências foram registradas na região de Ribeirão Preto (SP-322, SP-330, SP-328 e SP- 351) . No ano passado, de maio a agosto, foram 226 casos, sendo 75 na região de Ribeirão Preto .

O histórico das ocorrências mostra que o perímetro urbano das rodovias sempre concentra o maior número de queimadas, principalmente devido ao descarte de lixo pela população lindeira e maior presença de pedestres e usuários. O total de resíduos gerados no eixo viário da região de Ribeirão Preto, de janeiro a abril de 2019, foi de 64 toneladas. Um dos locais com mais descarte irregular é no km 328 da Rodovia Alexandre Balbo (SP-328), junto à área urbana localizada na região Norte de Ribeirão Preto.

Dois caminhões de combate a incêndios estão posicionados 24 horas por dia em locais estratégicos, já monitorados pelo Centro de Controle Operacional (CCO) da Concessionária. Para atender os casos na região de Ribeirão Preto, a viatura fica posicionada na base do SAU (Serviço de Atendimento aos Usuários) em Sertãozinho, para deslocamentos necessários no Anel Viário Norte e Sul, SPA 325 – Bandeirantes e SP-322, do km 326 ao 343, de Sertãozinho a Pontal.

Desde o início do mês, os PMVs da Entrevias (Painéis de Mensagens Variáveis) já exibem mensagens de alerta aos usuários, conscientizando para evitar incêndio e, em caso de presenciar algum foco, entrar em contato pelo 0800 3000 333. O tempo seco dos meses de inverno e o vento facilitam a propagação das chamas nas vegetações que margeiam as estradas.

“O fogo, além de ser um problema ambiental, que atinge a flora e em alguns casos a fauna, também representa risco à segurança dos motoristas, já que a fumaça é densa e reduz a visibilidade. Por isso, a principal orientação continua sendo evitar colocar fogo e descartar lixo e bituca de cigarro às margens da rodovia, no mato seco”, diz o gerente de operações da Entrevias, Jorge Baracho.

O programa de prevenção é da Secretaria Estadual do Meio Ambiente e envolve diversos órgãos, como Defesa Civil, Corpo de Bombeiros, entre outros.   De acordo com a Artesp, o período compreendido de junho a setembro concentra mais da metade dos casos de queimadas às margens das rodovias concedidas.

Nessa época do ano, os funcionários da Entrevias que trabalham na inspeção de tráfego circulam em viaturas pelo trecho concedido para atendimento aos usuários. Os veículos utilizados contêm abafadores para iniciar o combate a pequenos focos de incêndios. Algumas dessas viaturas também são equipadas com pequenos tanques de água para auxiliar no combate às chamas.

Dicas de segurança

No caso do motorista se deparar com alguma queimada na rodovia, além de avisar os órgãos competentes, ele pode tomar algumas precauções para prevenir acidentes:

– fechar os vidros do veículo;

– manter distância segura do veículo da frente;

– trafegar com farol baixo aceso;

– não ligar o pisca alerta com o veículo em movimento;

– não parar na faixa de rolamento.

 Causas

Uma das principais causas de queimadas nas rodovias é o lançamento de pontas de cigarros pelas janelas dos veículos. Outro fator crítico é o crescimento do lançamento de balões nessa época do ano em razão das tradicionais festas juninas e julinas. Também são causas de incêndios às margens das rodovias a utilização de fogo para limpeza de terrenos, queima de lixo, fogueiras e queimadas para fins agrícolas não autorizados.
