O Estado de São Paulo registra neste domingo (26) 1.700 mortes pelo novo coronavírus. O interior, litoral e cidades da Grande São Paulo já respondem por mais de 1/3 desse total.
Houve pelo menos uma vítima fatal da doença em 128 cidades, incluindo São Paulo. Já o número de municípios com no mínimo um caso salta para 284, ou 44% do território estadual. A capital concentra hoje 65% do total de casos e mortes de SP.
Neste domingo, há também 7,5 mil pacientes suspeitos e confirmados internados em hospitais de SP – 2.908 em UTI e 4.619 em enfermaria.
A taxa de ocupação dos leitos para atendimentos COVID em UTI no Estado mantém-se em 58,9%, assim como na Grande São Paulo, com 77,3%.
Perfil da mortalidade
Entre as vítimas fatais, estão 994 homens e 706 mulheres. Os óbitos continuam concentrados em pacientes com 60 anos ou mais, totalizando 75% das mortes.
Observando faixas etárias subdividas a cada dez anos, nota-se que a mortalidade é maior entre 70 e 79 anos (431 do total), seguida por 60-69 anos (379) e 80-89 (333). Também faleceram 132 pessoas com mais de 90 anos. Fora desse grupo de idosos, há também alta mortalidade entre pessoas de 50 a 59 anos (218 do total), seguida pelas faixas de 40 a 49 (126), 30 a 39 (61), 20 a 29 (15) e 10 a 19 (4), e um com menos de dez anos – bebê de sete meses, com comorbidades, na Capital, conforme divulgado ontem (25).
Os principais fatores de risco associados à mortalidade são cardiopatia (59,9% dos óbitos), diabetes mellitus (43,3%), pneumopatia (12,2%), doença renal (12,2%) e doença neurológica (11,2%). Outros fatores identificados são imunodepressão, obesidade, asma e doenças hematológica e hepática. Esses fatores de risco foram identificados em 1.413 pessoas que faleceram por COVID-19 (83,1% do total).
