O Imposto Predial e Territorial Urbano – IPTU começou a ser entregue à população de Orlândia. O vencimento da parcela única ou da primeira parcela referente ao mês de fevereiro será nos dias 22 e 23 deste mês. Aos que pagarem a parcela única, terão desconto de 10% no valor. A entrega está sendo realizada pelos Correios sem a necessidade de assinatura comprovando seu recebimento, agilizando desta forma o processo, a população deve ficar atenta às caixas de correios de suas casas para verificarem se já receberam seu IPTU.
Este ano o IPTU poderá ser pago em qualquer instituição financeira até a data de seu vencimento, após o vencimento só será recebido nas Lotéricas ou na Caixa Econômica Federal.
Requerimento para Isenção deverá ser feito de 15 a 28 de fevereiro.
Quem tem direito à isenção deverá ficar atento ao prazo de requerimento e aos locais e documentos necessários para fazerem o pedido.
A Prefeitura de Orlândia, através da Secretaria Municipal de Desenvolvimento Social, começa a receber a partir do dia 15 de fevereiro, os pedidos de isenção de IPTU (Imposto Predial e Territorial Urbano). O requerimento deverá ser feito até o dia 28 deste mês.
Para obter a isenção é necessário estar dentro dos seguintes critérios:
– Ser aposentado ou pensionista,
– Renda familiar inferior a 03 salários mínimos (R$ 2.862,00),
– Ser proprietário do imóvel que reside,
– Receber o “Bolsa Família”.
Os interessados deverão procurar a Secretaria de Assistência e Desenvolvimento Social, localizada na Rua 1, nº 15, entre os dias 15 à 28 de fevereiro, de posse do IPTU 2018, de documentos de identidade e documentação que comprove o enquadramento nos critérios acima.
