Mulher confessou o crime à Polícia Civil e está presa no Centro de Detenção Provisória (CDP) de Guariba (SP). Ela disse que era ameaçada pelo pedreiro, diz delegado.
Uma dona de casa de 56 anos foi presa em flagrante após esfaquear e matar o marido, um pedreiro de 39 anos, na manhã de domingo (21), em Ipuã. Segundo o delegado responsável pelo caso, ela confessou o crime e disse que era ameaçada de morte pelo homem.
O pedreiro levou 13 facadas. Uma equipe do Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (Samu) esteve no local do crime, no Jardim Bela Vista, mas ele não resistiu.
A mulher relatou à Polícia Civil que o marido chegou em casa bêbado, por volta das 4h, acusando-a de traição e ameaçando-a de morte. Ele deu um soco na cabeça dela e ela decidiu reagir, de acordo com o delegado João Baptistussi Neto.
Segundo a polícia, a mulher pegou uma faca na cozinha e passou a agredir o companheiro na garagem da casa. Ele foi golpeado várias vezes e morreu antes mesmo da chegada do socorro.
Familiares da dona de casa disseram ao delegado que ela era constantemente ameaçada pelo pedreiro, mas nunca chegou a registrar um boletim de ocorrência.
De acordo com Baptistussi Neto, ela foi presa em flagrante e confessou o assassinato por causa das agressões sofridas.
A mulher passou por audiência de custódia e está presa preventivamente no Centro de Detenção Provisória (CDP) de Guariba (SP). O caso foi registrado como homicídio pela Polícia Civil.
