A equipe foi acionada pelo diretor de transito da prefeitura, informando que no Bairro Santo Inácio, um individuo havia danificado os vidros de um ônibus da prefeitura municipal de Morro Agudo e agredido o motorista que deixava professores na escola E.M.E.S Drº João Joaquim Severo de Lima.
Os policiais foram até o local e conversaram com o motorista (36 anos), vitima das agressões.
O mesmo relatou que estava estacionado realizando o desembarque de professores, quando chegou o autor das agressões com pedaço de pau com pregos nas pontas e um tijolo.
De acordo com o relado do motorista, o agressor jogou um tijolo que danificou os dois vidros do ônibus e em seguida o agrediu com o pau, provocando diversos ferimentos.
Após a agressão, o agressor fugiu em um veiculo de cor prata.
Em contato com a mulher do acusado, a mesma disse aos policias que marido havia saído de carro e não sabia seu destino, nesse momento, os policiais receberam a informação que o autor estava no pelotão da PM de Morro Agudo se apresentado de livre e espontânea vontade, dizendo estar arrependido do que havia feito e que iria reparar os danos no ônibus.
O autor e a vitima foram apresentados ao delegado de plantão, que autuou o acusado por dano qualificado, lesão corporal, ameaça e porte de arma branca, já que durante revista em seu carro foi encontrado uma faca sem marca e um canivete em seu bolso. No termino do boletim o acusado foi conduzido para a cadeia publica de São Joaquim da Barra
