As mudanças para tirar a carteira de motorista em todo o Brasil começaram nesta segunda-feira (16). O número de horas-aula para obter a CNH na categoria B diminuiu e o uso de simulador passa a ser facultativo.
Essas modificações constam em resolução do Contran – o Conselho Nacional do Trânsito – e poderão tornar os preços dos cursos de formação de condutores mais acessíveis.
O especialista em legislação do trânsito, Celso Mariano, acredita que os preços dos cursos já estejam mais baratos.
O diretor do Sindicato das Auto Escolas de São Paulo, Magnelson Carlos de Souza, está preocupado com a formação dos motoristas, mas avalia que as mudanças na CNH poderão aumentar a procura pelos cursos nas autoescolas.
Agora, quem pretende ter habilitação na categoria B, para dirigir carros de passeio, deverá fazer 20 horas-aula práticas e uma hora de aula noturna. Antes, eram 25 horas de aulas de direção e cinco à noite.
Já para a categoria A, condução de motos, são 20 horas-aula práticas, sendo uma noturna. Antes eram necessárias, quatro horas à noite para conseguir a carteira nesse tipo de veículo.
A resolução também prevê que a partir desta segunda-feira (16) até setembro de 2020, quem tirar habilitação para dirigir ciclomotores, aqueles veículos de duas rodas com motor, como as mobiletes; poderá fazer apenas uma prova teórica. Só haverá necessidade de passar também por aulas práticas, se o candidato for reprovado.
O uso do simulador passa a ser facultativo para os candidatos a categoria B. Aqueles que desejarem poderão fazer cinco horas-aula no equipamento.
Apenas no Rio Grande do Sul, as novas regras para obter a CNH não estão valendo, pois o Tribunal Regional Federal da 4ª Região acatou pedido do Sindicato dos Centros de Formação de Condutores do estado para barrar as modificações.
