Com a chegada das festividades de réveillon, todos os anos um assunto gera polêmica: Os fogos de artificio.
Há quem defenda a pratica de soltar fogos de artificio, alegando ser uma tradição. Porém a proibição do uso desse tipo de produto tem ganhado cada vez mais adeptos.
O show pirotécnico torna a última noite do ano mais bonita, porém o sons produzidos pelos fogos, causam pavor em pessoas áudio-sensitivas, recém nascidos, idosos, portadores de autismo, animais entre outros.
Em Orlândia, a prática é proibida. De acordo com a Lei Nº 4.181 de 8 de Abril de 2019 é proibido a utilização, soltura ou acionamento de fogos de Artificio que produzam barulho em excesso.
O não cumprimento das normas dessa Lei podem acarretar em multas que variam de 200 (aproximadamente R$ 260,00) UFMOs a 800 UFMos (aproximadamente R$ 1000,00) em casos de reincidência.
É justo falar que fogos de Artificio sem estampido não são mudos.
Esse tipo de Pirotecnia produz sim um som, só que é bem menor do que os comuns que tradicionalmente fazem um estrondo bombástico. Mesmo assim já é o suficiente para amenizar alguns problemas e a versão silenciosa vem sido utilizada como alternativa.
