Próxima reunião ocorrerá no dia 28 de maio, as 18h e 20h, no Centro de Lazer “Edgar Benini”.
Na
tarde do último sábado, 11 de maio, o Programa Nosso Bairro – Lotes
Urbanizados, criado pela Frente Parlamentar da Habitação do Congresso Nacional,
foi apresentado para mais de 2000 famílias em Orlândia. As famílias puderam
tirar dúvidas sobre como seria todo o andamento e como poderiam participar. Um
próximo encontro ficou marcado para terça-feira, dia 28 de Maio, as 18h e 20h
(escolha um dos horários para participar), no Centro de Lazer “Edgar Benini”, e
todos que não tenham casa ou terreno podem participar, mesmo quem não esteve no
lançamento.
O QUE É O PROGRAMA NOSSO BAIRRO – LOTES URBANIZADOS
É
uma metodologia de aquisição coletiva, onde as famílias junto com a Federação
Nacional da Habitação fazem a aquisição coletiva de uma área e projetam um
loteamento de interesse social.
As
famílias que participam dessa iniciativa, não conseguem pagar o valor de
mercado, porém com condições e valores facilitados conquistam o seu lote e
podem construir a sua casa dando dignidade a família. Para participar a única
exigência é ter no mínimo 18 anos e não ter casa ou terreno próprio. Não é
necessário comprovar renda e mesmo que tenha restrição no nome é possível
participar. Também não existe idade máxima.
Grande
parte do público participante, nunca teria a chance de conquistar um lote se
não fosse através de um PROGRAMA HABITACIONAL, por isso a Frente Parlamentar da
Habitação, pesquisou vários sistemas pelo Brasil e encontrou essa metodologia
que dá certo e ajuda as famílias a conquistarem o lote.
A
família tendo o lote, ela vai construindo a casa aos poucos, porém o lote ela
não consegue ir comprando aos poucos. Ressaltou Ricardo Izar, Coordenador da
Frente Parlamentar da Habitação do Congresso Nacional.
A participação popular é muito importante para que o programa seja uma realidade. É isso que fazemos através da Federação Nacional da Habitação. É o novo Brasil, onde as pessoas são protagonistas de sua própria história. Pessoas que não querem ficar esperando o Governo dar algo, mas começam a conquistar. Do Governo queremos pleitear recursos para a infraestrutura do Bairro, como tem sido em vários municípios do Estado. ”Marcelo Augusto – Presidente da Federação Nacional da Habitação”.
