A Polícia Civil investiga o roubo de tratores em propriedades rurais em Ituverava e Morro Agudo. Em duas ações realizadas , as vítimas foram feitas reféns por homens armados com espingardas e encapuzados.
O assalto mais recente aconteceu na madrugada desta quarta-feira (17), quando uma família foi rendida em Morro Agudo. Segundo a Polícia Militar, cinco homens invadiram a fazenda na zona rural e levaram dois tratores, além de espingardas de pressão. As vítimas não se feriram.
Na noite de segunda-feira (15), a ação ocorreu em Ituverava. Ainda de acordo com a PM, cinco homens armados invadiram a fazenda e fizeram os caseiros reféns, um agricultor de 55 anos e a mulher dele, de 61. Ambos foram amarrados e colocados em um quarto.
Os suspeitos levaram uma caminhonete, um carro, dois tratores, uma espingarda e três botijões de gás. Segundo a Polícia Civil, o automóvel acabou recuperado horas depois em um cafezal. A PM realizou buscas na zona rural, mas nenhum suspeito foi encontrado.
Titular da delegacia de Morro Agudo, o delegado João Baptistussi Neto disse que não descarta a hipótese de a mesma quadrilha ter realizado os dois assaltos. As vítimas estão sendo convocadas para prestar depoimento.
“Os veículos são transportados em cima de outro caminhão. Checaremos se alguém viu. A gente também checa nos pedágios da região e através do [sistema] “Detecta”, nos radares instalados na rodovia”, explicou o delegado.
Ainda segundo Baptistussi Neto, esse tipo de crime é realizado por encomenda. A hipótese é reforçada pelo fato de os veículos roubados serem da mesma marca. Os tratores são entregues aos receptadores e revendidos.
“É maquinário agrícola e tem as mesmas características. Acredito que tenha demanda de quem precisa de trator. Então, fazem essa encomenda e os veículos são roubados. Os ladrões não roubam para ter em depósito”, explica.
