Política – 50 deputados federais são réus em processos criminais

Levantamento feito pelo G1 mostra todos os processos criminais aos quais os parlamentares respondem na Justiça; 10% são réus. É a quarta vez que um levantamento do tipo é realizado pelo G1 no início da legislatura na Câmara.

Levantamento mostra que 50 deputados federais respondem hoje a processos criminais na Justiça. O dado representa 10% do total de parlamentares na Câmara (513). São, ao todo, 95 processos – apenas um dos deputados responde a 30 ações (quase 1/3 do total).

O leque de crimes pelos quais os deputados são réus na Justiça é variado: vai desde calúnia, injúria, difamação, corrupção e falsidade ideológica até furto, estelionato, lesão corporal e tortura.

Apenas seis estados não colocaram na Câmara dos Deputados um representante réu em uma ação criminal na Justiça: Acre, Espírito Santo, Piauí, Rio Grande do Norte, Rondônia e Rio Grande do Sul.

Entre os partidos, o PR é o que tem o maior números de processados por crimes: 7. PP, PSD e PSL têm 5 cada um. Há parlamentares de 18 partidos diferentes.

Processos criminais podem impedir a candidatura de políticos condenados. A Lei da Ficha Limpa, em vigor desde 2010, determina a inelegibilidade por oito anos de candidatos condenados em segunda instância, mesmo com recursos pendentes.

Entre os crimes previstos estão os eleitorais, abuso de autoridade, praticados contra a administração pública, o sistema financeiro e o mercado de capitais, compra de votos, doações ilegais, organização criminosa, tráfico, crimes hediondos, tortura, terrorismo, lavagem de dinheiro, entre outros.

Uma condenação criminal sem nenhuma possibilidade de recurso também pode levar à perda do mandato em curso.

Metodologia

Para identificar os deputados federais réus em processos criminais, o G1 pesquisou os nomes dos 513 deputados federais eleitos que tomaram posse, de acordo com a lista oficial da Secretaria Geral da Mesa da Câmara dos Deputados.

Com isso, entre os eleitos, apenas não entraram no rol Jean Wyllys (PSOL-RJ), que decidiu abrir mão do mandato, e Wagner Montes (PRB-RJ), que morreu antes do início da legislatura. Os que tomaram posse e logo depois se licenciaram para assumir um cargo foram considerados.

O levantamento levou em conta apenas os processos criminais e os processos referentes a crimes eleitorais.
