Os patrões tem até a próxima sexta-feira (05) para recolher o eSocial das domésticas referente a março. O prazo seria no dia 07, mas como a data é um domingo, o pagamento terá que ser antecipado.
Na indicação do salário de março, o empregador deve indicar o novo piso salarial regional (R$ 1238,11), além de registrar a diferença entre o piso de 2018, de R$ 1.193,36, e o novo mínimo em campo específico.
Os valores retroativos, a diferença de R$ 44,75 entre um piso e outro, serão indicados no campo verba destacada. Esse campo irá apontar a diferença salarial devida. Após dois meses sem a aplicação do percentual, a diferença terá que ser multiplicada por dois, com a indicação do valor de R$ 89,50. Já no Documento de Arrecadação do eSocial (DAE), serão precisos alguns cálculos para indicar os novos descontos previstos em lei. Caso a empregada receba o piso regional, ela terá direito ao pagamento de R$ 1.327,61.
Para o cálculo do DAE, o patrão vai considerar 20% dos recolhimentos obrigatórios do empregador (8% de FGTS, 8% de contribuição patronal, 3,2% de multa do FGTS e 0,8% do seguro). Com isso, vai recolher R$ 247,62 (sobre o salário de março corrigido), mais R$ 8,95 (diferença sobre o salário de janeiro) e outros R$ 8,95 (diferença sobre o salário de fevereiro). A parte equivalente ao empregador para descontos por lei será de R$ 265,52.
O recolhimento sobre o salário-base da doméstica (R$ 1.307,02) será de 8%, totalizando R$ 106,20. Esse valor pode ser descontado da funcionária ou bancado também pelo empregador.
