Gérson de Souza, repórter da Rede Record, está sendo acusado de assediar sexualmente 12 mulheres da emissora, a maioria colegas de redação do Domingo Espetacular.
Nesta semana, sete denúncias foram feitas ao departamento de Recursos Humanos da emissora. As informações são do jornalista Daniel Castro.
Sob orientação da Record, duas dessas mulheres registraram Boletim de Ocorrência por assédio sexual e difamação. Posteriormente, outras cinco mulheres prestaram queixa contra ele no RH.
O repórter, por sua vez, nega as acusações e afirma que são “revanchismo” de uma das mulheres. “Não houve nada, não assediei ninguém”, se defendeu Gérson.
O Notícias da TV ouviu uma das mulheres que acusa Gérson de Souza de assédio e ela contou que no último dia 8 estava sentada em sua mesa, quando foi surpreendida. “Ele chegou por trás e me beijou na boca. Ficou mostrando a língua e saiu dizendo que roubado era mais gostoso. Foi nojento”, afirmou.
A jornalista ainda afirma que essa abordagem inconveniente não é de hoje, mas diz que tomou a decisão de denuncia-lo apenas agora porque o repórter passou a difamá-la. “Ele começou a gritar na redação que eu era incompetente, que meu trabalho é uma bosta”, disse.
Ainda segundo o Notícias da TV, Gérson de Souza diz que é de uma época em que se brincava com as mulheres, mas volta a negar que tenha assediado alguém. “Isso é um grande mal-entendido”.
