De acordo com a policia militar, um jovem de 26 anos e outras duas pessoas estavam em um automóvel Gol próximo à um lago na zona rural de São José da Bela Vista quando policiais militares da ronda rural se aproximaram para realizar a abordagem de rotina na tarde de domingo (18).
O rapaz acelerou o carro e fugiu em alta velocidade, dirigindo por aproximadamente 10 Km pela estrada de terra até conseguir o acesso a na Rodovia Fábio Talarico , tomando o sentido da cidade de Franca.
Pela rodovia foram mais 20 Km realizando ultrapassagens em faixa contínua até acessar um dos retornos e voltar sentido a São José da Bela Vista. No momento em que tentou entrar em uma estrada de terra que da acesso a cidade, o motorista perdeu o controle da direção e bateu em uma cerca.
O passageiro do carro fugiu a pé e não foi localizado. O rapaz que estava no banco de trás não ofereceu resistência, mas já o motorista, segundo a PM, tentou tirar a arma de um dos polícias e acabou sendo baleado no pé direito.
Questionado quanto a fuga ele disse que os documentos do carro estão atrasados e que não possui CNH, por isso fugiu. No veículo ainda foi encontrada uma porção de cocaína mas os dois abordados negaram a propriedade da droga.
O jovem baleado passou por atendimento na Santa Casa de Franca e depois foi levado ao Plantão Policial onde a ocorrência foi registrada. Os dois envolvidos foram liberados e o veículo recolhido.
